Prices
The prices of each item are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and guaranteed. Items benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the delivery date of the item, justified by the accompanying document (invoice) that we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance, non-compliance with the operating instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines by our own suppliers. In the event of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport
Available items are shipped by Mondial Relay within approximately 3 to 5 days for France and Europe* / By Post.ch within 3 to 5 days for Switzerland and international. A contribution from you is requested only once per order.
Return / Exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels bearing their references), accompanied by the delivery note, within 7 days of receipt of your package. Return shipping costs are at your expense. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are free.
Legal guarantees
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to enable us to remedy it.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. Information necessary for order management will be processed by computer and may be communicated to associated companies as part of order management.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the District Court of Montagnes et du Val-de-Ruz.
